IFAL GLOBAL DIALOGUE SERIES

IFAL is committed to taking action in relation to our website statement  responding to the events of 2020, events that are galvanising people around the world to examine power, privilege and injustice.

We believe that Action Learning has the potential to help people create a better world: inclusive, fair, just, sustainable and equal and free of racism. We are influenced by IFAL’s core values of curiosity, authenticity and collaboration.

We therefore invite you to join us in dialogue about how Action Learning can help create this better world.

Please join us for the first meeting of our new Global Dialogue Series on the 20th October 2020, 13:00- 15:00 BST. Please note the Global Dialogue Series are free and open to all IFAL's current members.  If you wish to take part and are not currently an IFAL member, please visit our membership area here in order to complete a simple membership registration form.

We will jointly begin to explore these questions, and others that you will bring;
  • How can Action Learning help?
  • What might Action Learning’s contribution be at the individual level as well as at the systemic level?
  • What in Action Learning’s origins might hold it/us back?
We will hold some facilitated space and work in small groups, bringing an international and diverse range of experiences, views and ideas.  Our hope is that some or all of you will then be interested in continuing to work on these questions and develop new plans for action in the world through working in virtual Action Learning sets.
